The way I work
I still believe deeply in strength and the feeling of discovering what our bodies can do. I also believe movement can be a place to listen, not only a way to push toward something else.
We pay attention to your goals, your energy, and what life is asking of you now. The work might be strong, playful, restorative, or grounding. It is always personal.

Movement Guide · Retreat Facilitator · Somatic™ Breathwork Practitioner
For more than 25 years, movement has been one of the ways I've understood myself and helped others understand themselves too. My path has taken me through personal training, strength coaching, yoga, Pilates, mobility, martial arts, obstacle racing, bodybuilding, and now somatic breathwork. I've spent years learning what the body is capable of when we challenge it.
But somewhere along the way, my relationship with movement began to change. I became less interested in always pushing the body to become something else, and more interested in what happens when we learn to listen to it.
When strength isn't only about how much we can lift. When softness isn't mistaken for weakness. When movement becomes a way to come back into relationship with ourselves.
That is where my work lives now. I still love challenging movement, Pilates, yoga, mobility, and breath. I also believe there are seasons for effort and seasons for softening. There is wisdom in knowing the difference. I carry this approach into classes, workshops, and retreats with Anahata Rising.
My work is especially evolving toward women who are becoming: women moving through change, rediscovering themselves, or ready for a different relationship with their bodies. My sessions may be strong, playful, restorative, grounding, or some combination of all of them. What stays constant is thoughtful attention to the person in front of me.
I want you to leave with more than a workout: stronger in your body, softer where you've been holding, more connected to yourself, and more trusting of the woman you are becoming. This is movement as a way home.
